When I search for parts online and specify GMC they never list a G10 model, but I get a list of G15s..?

Even though the GMC and Chevy were the same, did they call the GMC a G15?

Thanks for helping the newbi.. Embarassed

I don't know if this applys to our vans, but back in the day GMC trucks were alittle heavier duty than chevy's (that what my Father always said anyway)

I dont know if its just a fluke or s'posed to be this way, but I noticed on a 65 GMC i looked at last weekend ,it did not have a sway bar nor did the one I had years ago, but my 65 chevy has one.
Were sway bars just an option or part of a package on both makes?
