Totally undecided at this time. Been thinking about black, dk. blue, maybe a 2 tone blend, green and white,............... even thought today that what ever color, I might do the roof white.

It's a little ways off to think about the exterior color yet

Here's the next installment on the Lucky Lindy Build. Got the chop 98% finished with just a little more detail work to go. Got the front tires done and worked a little of the interior into place. I liked the Lindy interior better then the 1 center mounted seat that came with the JL, but will draft the JL cage into the Lindy. It's gettiun there, slowly but surely ! Sorry about the poor quality pics, Macro and close ups just ain't my bag. Rolling Eyes

This model contest idea I had I think is turning out to be a great one. Sounds like there will be alot of models there. Should be really cool to see what others come up with also. I can tell you I can't wait to see gp's lindy up close. I can tell you I'm not much of a model builter, but I did make one all the same. Just look forward to seeing them all.

gp, You will have to get some good pictures of the models for everyone to see.

Well Chris's 69 and his model is yellow so I can't leave it yellow.

Not to much on my 70 right now, still packed tight in the garage, but had a few things I want to try and get done, small stuff though. I want to pull the seat brackets off the seats and blast and paint them. And I need to try and make some more progress on the interior. These are a few things I think I have enough materials for. Not sure I'll have the money for the new tires I want, so the 70 might not get the Z28 wheels I painted anytime soon. Rolling Eyes

It's still in grey primer, and doubt it'll see paint this year, but who knows.

I hate the look of the lindy bumpers, they look to long to me and wrap to far around the body for me, but being chrome, I'm not sure what my options are other then modifing them to look better and painting them.

Thought about painting the Lindy grey but really think that might be a last resort. I think I can come up with something slicker then that, But it's so damn small, I can't see getting to elaborate with the paint.

The Lindy might be done, catastrophic, not sure if I can save it. Did get the chassis painted and it looks pretty good but seriously ruined the body. What a waste of time.

Looking on ebay now for another one but I bet I don't get it for $6 like the last one. . So typical of most shit I try Rolling Eyes

I stand corrected, there are 3 on Ebay right now for $2 and $4 shipping, hate to start again but at least having the chassis is ready cuts the work in half.

Moral of the story, " DON"T TRY TO DRY THE PUTTY WITH A SPACE HEATER ! " Embarassed
